• Restart the Spotify app.
• Log out and back in.
• Check the app is up-to-date.
• Close any other apps you’re not using.
• Reinstall the app.

• If possible, try a different internet connection. If this works, see 'Check the connection' below.

During the 10-day period, you can run djay for 30 minutes per session. After 30 minutes, the software will terminate and you will need to restart djay. You can start djay as many times as you like during the trial period. After the 10-day trial period ends, you will still be able to run djay for 10 minutes per session.
